I can prepare my trip by myself, why would I need your services?Everything is available online. Yet, it will take you tremendous time to find the activities, optimize your itinerary, check out all the reviews, the accommodation, etc. Thanks to your Paris Travel Advisor you will save precious time, avoid tourist traps and live authentic experiences. That's the added value of working with SeeU in France.

How long before my trip should I place my order?The sooner, the better ;-) We have no hands on the availabilities. The sooner you'll place your order, the more options you'll have. We recommend contacting us 2 months prior your trip.

My trip is in a few days, can I still benefit from your services?Yes, but you may have fewer options in terms of activities, guided tours, etc. A travel advisor in Paris has no hands on the availabilities.

I'm not a Paris first timer, can you surprise me?Yes! Paris is so rich and offers so much, you would need years and years to discover all of its secrets & beauties. Plus, it's a vibrant city with always new addresses to try, be it restaurants, exhibits, tours... We're ready to take up the challenge of surprising you!

If I plan everything, it will ruin any spontaneity and adventure, right?Absolutely not. We usually recommend sticking to one or two main activities per day so that you’ll get ample time to wander around the city and enjoy the French art de vivre in cafés and gardens.

How do you handle the bookings?We provide you with payment links for the bookings. When required, we pre-book the tours for you. Of course, we'll check the availabilities ahead for you.

Can I get refunded if I cancel my trip?You will be refunded after our one-hour call, should you not be satisfied of our exchange. Yet, no refund will be granted once we start working on your itinerary.

I'm shy, I don't want to make a call. How does it work for me?It’s no problem at all. In that case, we’ll stick to emails and/or messages on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp.
